wishmaker is a free, fan-made tool. by making an account you agree to the terms below, and this page explains what happens with your data. it's short, please read it.

you need to be at least 16, or have a parent's permission. one person per account, and keep your password to yourself. pick a username that isn't offensive or pretending to be someone else.
images you upload stay yours. you give us permission to store and show them so the app works, nothing more. only upload things you're allowed to use. no illegal, hateful or explicit content.
if you do, we can suspend or delete your account.
wishmaker isn't affiliated with or endorsed by nintendo, creatures inc., game freak or the pokémon company. pokémon names, card images and artwork belong to them. card data comes from tcgdex, a community database, so it can be incomplete or wrong.
wishmaker is provided as-is, for free. we do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it'll always be available or error-free. export a backup from settings now and then. we're not liable for lost data or other damage, except where the law doesn't allow us to exclude that.
you can delete your account any time from settings. if wishmaker ever shuts down, we'll give notice and time to export your data first.
no analytics, no ads, no tracking across other sites. we don't sell your data or share it with anyone except the providers below.
your profile page (wishmaker.cc/u/your-username) shows your username, your avatar and the month you joined. it's on by default, and you can turn it off in settings. your binders, collection and wishlist are private until you share them yourself, one by one. your email address is never shown.
to run the account you signed up for, and to keep the service secure and free of abuse. you need an account to use wishmaker, so the account details above are required.
some of these are us companies, so data may be processed outside the eu. they're covered by the eu–us data privacy framework or standard contractual clauses.
your browser also loads card data and pictures straight from tcgdex and sleeve pictures from pokemon-sleeve-database.com. those sites see your ip address like any website would, but nothing about your account.
wishmaker keeps your session and a copy of your data in your browser's local storage so it works quickly and offline. it's needed for the app to work, so there's no cookie banner. no tracking cookies.
as long as you have an account. delete your account in settings and your data goes with it, uploads included. backups held by our providers roll off within 30 days.
you can see, correct, export or delete your data. export a backup or delete your account from settings. for anything else, ask on discord. if you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
if this page changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app first. if you keep using wishmaker after that, the new version applies.
